La ubicación del hotel es perfecta a 5 minutos en coche de ciudadela. El bufet es variado y la comida es buena. El parking del hotel es bastante amplio. Hemos recibido muy buena atención de parte de Jessica en recepción y Vicky en el restaurante siempre con disponibilidad y amabilidad.
La falta de presión en la ducha Algunos empleados de la zona restaurante poco amables sin poner nombre para no perjudicar a nadie pero contestar a un "buenos días" por ejemplo es solo educación y es básicamente fundamental cuando trabajas cara al público.

Todo bien!
La ubicación, fácil acceso y para aparcar (se agradece en la isla), parada de bus justo al lado del hotel y la playa a pocos metros. Personal muy servicial (nuestros vuelos tanto de llegada como de partida eran en malos horarios y nos dejaron tanto cena como desayuno, gracias!!!). Habitación grande y limpia

El personal muy amable. La ubicación excelente. Buen ambiente.
Poca variedad en el buffet, no se corresponde con un hotel 4 estrellas. Todos lo días había prácticamente lo mismo. Colchones incómodos.
